We are located 2 km north of the Budhanilkantha Temple along the main road. Free parking is available for customers. The nearest bus stop (Budhanilkantha Chowk) is a 5-minute walk.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across the Kathmandu Valley including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

How do I place an order for delivery?
You can browse our full catalog on the Shop page, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred delivery slot during checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery within the Kathmandu Valley.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within central Kathmandu is free for orders above Rs. 1,500. For orders below that threshold, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 150 applies. Delivery to Lalitpur and Bhaktapur carries a Rs. 200 charge, waived on orders above Rs. 2,500.
Are all your products certified organic?
Yes. Every product in our store comes from farms that hold valid organic certification from recognized bodies. We verify certifications annually and conduct regular quality inspections at our partner farms. Look for the organic certification badge on each product page.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or stored improperly.
Can I pick up my order from the store?
Absolutely. Select “Store Pickup” during checkout and choose a time slot. Your order will be packed and ready at our Budhanilkantha store. You will receive an SMS notification when it is ready for collection.
