How we get farm-fresh organic produce from our partner farms to your doorstep — safely, sustainably, and on time.
Delivery Areas
Bio Agriculture Development Project currently delivers to addresses within the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding districts. We are expanding our reach to serve more communities across Nepal.
Zone A — Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur
Full same-day and next-day delivery coverage. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. This includes all ring-road areas and major residential neighbourhoods.
Zone B — Kavrepalanchok, Nuwakot & Dhading
Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Select areas within these districts may require an additional day during monsoon season.
Zone C — Chitwan, Pokhara & Other Regions
Delivery within 2–4 business days. Perishable items are shipped with cold-chain packaging to maintain freshness during transit. Availability varies by season and product type.
Shipping Charges
We keep delivery charges as low as possible so that fresh organic food remains accessible to every family. Charges are calculated based on your delivery zone and order total.

Charges may be waived for loyalty members on qualifying orders. Seasonal promotions may further reduce or eliminate delivery fees — check our homepage offers for current deals.
Delivery Schedule & Estimated Times
Our delivery fleet operates seven days a week to ensure you receive the freshest produce at your convenience. Here is what to expect after you place your order:
Same-Day Delivery
Available in Zone A only. Place your order before 11:00 AM and receive it between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM the same day. You will receive an SMS notification 30 minutes before arrival.
Next-Day Delivery
Standard for Zones A and B. Orders placed by 3:00 PM are processed overnight and delivered the following morning between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Weekend orders follow the same schedule.
Standard Shipping
For Zone C and other regions. Delivery within 2–4 business days. A tracking link is sent via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Select the “Store Pickup” option at checkout. Your order will be packed and ready for collection at our Organic Farm Complex within 2 hours of confirmation.
Handling Fresh & Frozen Products
We understand that organic produce demands extra care. Every item in your order is packed using processes designed specifically for the product category — because a crate of fragile strawberries and a bag of frozen peas need very different treatment.
Fresh Produce (Vegetables, Fruits, Herbs)
- Harvested the morning of dispatch from our partner farms across Nepal.
- Packed in breathable, food-grade jute and paper wrapping — no single-use plastic.
- Temperature-monitored insulated boxes during transit above 30°C ambient.
- Fragile items like berries and leafy greens are cushioned with eco-padding to prevent bruising.
Dairy, Eggs & Bakery
- Chilled products are packed with gel ice packs and reflective insulation to maintain 2–8°C.
- Eggs are placed in moulded-pulp cartons with individual cushioning.
- Bakery items travel in rigid cardboard containers to protect shape and freshness.
Frozen Products (Meat, Seafood, Frozen Foods)
- Shipped in insulated cold-chain boxes with dry ice or frozen gel packs.
- Meat and seafood are vacuum-sealed and labelled with batch, origin, and best-before date.
- Delivered in dedicated temperature-controlled vehicles for Zone A same-day orders.
- For Zones B and C, frozen items are dispatched via our cold-logistics partner to ensure the chain is unbroken.
If any product arrives in a condition below our quality standard, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Shipping Methods & Packaging
Our commitment to sustainability extends to every delivery box that leaves our facility. We have designed our shipping to be as gentle on the environment as the food we grow.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
All packaging materials are compostable, recyclable, or reusable. Our delivery boxes are made from recycled corrugated cardboard and printed with soy-based inks. Insulation is sourced from natural wool liners that can be composted at home after use.
Box Return Programme
We run a box-return initiative for Zone A customers. Leave your empty BioAgri delivery box outside your door during your next delivery window, and our team will collect, sanitise, and reuse it. Returning three or more boxes earns you a loyalty reward.
Order Consolidation
If you place multiple orders within the same delivery window, we consolidate them into a single shipment to reduce packaging waste, fuel consumption, and your delivery charges. You will be notified by email when orders are merged.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your delivery in real time — from our packing facility to your front door.
Tracking updates include:
- Order Confirmed — Your payment has been processed and the order is queued for packing.
- Packing in Progress — Our team is selecting the freshest items from today’s harvest for your order.
- Dispatched — Your order has left the facility and is on its way.
- Out for Delivery — The delivery vehicle is in your neighbourhood. You will receive a 30-minute ETA notification.
- Delivered — Your order has been handed off. Please inspect and refrigerate perishables promptly.
If your tracking link shows no update for more than 6 hours after dispatch, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt to reach you by phone. If you cannot be contacted, we will leave the package in a safe spot near your door (shaded and elevated when possible). For frozen orders, the cold-chain packaging keeps items safe for up to 3 hours after delivery. You may also designate an alternate recipient or a preferred drop-off location in your account settings.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you may update your delivery address from your account dashboard as long as the order status is still “Order Confirmed” or “Packing in Progress.” Once the order is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible. Contact our support team if the order is already in transit and you need assistance.
Do you deliver during public holidays?
We operate on most public holidays with slightly adjusted hours. During major festivals (Dashain, Tihar, and New Year), delivery schedules are announced one week in advance via email and on our website banner. Same-day delivery may be suspended on select holidays.
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any item is damaged, spoiled, or missing, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the affected product. We will issue a replacement on your next delivery or a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
In Zone A, orders above Rs. 1,500 qualify for free delivery. In Zone B, the threshold is Rs. 3,000. Zone C orders over Rs. 3,000 incur a reduced flat fee of Rs. 100. Loyalty members enjoy lower thresholds — check your membership tier for details.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time slot?
Time-slot selection is available for Zone A same-day delivery. Choose between a morning slot (8:00–12:00) or an afternoon slot (3:00–7:00) during checkout. For Zone B and C, we deliver within the stated window and notify you 30 minutes before arrival.
