Ordering
How do I place an order on BioFresh?
Browse our shop by category or use the search bar to find products. Add items to your cart, review your selections, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future orders and order tracking. All orders are confirmed via email within minutes.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value for home delivery is NPR 500. There is no minimum for in-store pickup orders. Orders above NPR 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery within Kathmandu Valley.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support team at +977-1-4000000 or emailing hello@bioagri.com.np. Once the order has been picked and packed, modifications are no longer possible, but you may still initiate a return after delivery.
Can I schedule an order for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date and time window. We offer morning (7 AM — 12 PM), afternoon (12 PM — 4 PM), and evening (4 PM — 8 PM) slots. Scheduling is available up to 7 days in advance.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, our team will contact you to offer a suitable organic substitute or remove the item and adjust your total. You will never be charged for items we cannot fulfil.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the Kathmandu Valley, including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts. We are actively expanding to Pokhara and Chitwan. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery within Kathmandu Valley is NPR 100 for orders under NPR 3,000. Orders of NPR 3,000 and above receive free delivery. Same-day express delivery is available at NPR 200 for orders placed before 11 AM.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before 11 AM are eligible for same-day delivery within the Kathmandu Valley. Select the “Same Day Express” option at checkout. Your order will arrive between 2 PM and 8 PM on the same day.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, we offer a free in-store pickup option. Select “Store Pickup” during checkout and choose a convenient pickup window. Your order will be ready for collection within 2 hours of confirmation. Our store is open Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website and visit the Orders section to view real-time delivery status.
How do you keep products fresh during delivery?
All perishable items are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled containers with ice packs. Dairy, meat, and frozen products are separated and maintained at safe temperatures throughout transit. Our delivery vehicles are equipped with cold-chain monitoring to ensure freshness from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, bank transfers, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways for your security.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within the Kathmandu Valley up to NPR 10,000. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery personnel. COD is not available for same-day express deliveries.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on our website and all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I use a coupon or promotional code?
Yes. Enter your coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field on the cart or checkout page and click “Apply.” Discounts are applied instantly. Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined with flash sale prices unless explicitly stated.
When is my card charged for an order?
For online payments, your card or wallet is charged at the moment you confirm your order. If any item in your order is unavailable and removed, we will process a partial refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Organic Certification
Are all your products truly organic?
Yes. Every product listed in our store carries a verified organic certification from accredited bodies including Nepal Organic Certification, NASAA, or equivalent international standards. We audit our partner farms regularly and maintain full traceability from field to shelf.
How can I verify a product’s organic certification?
Each product page displays the certification badge and the certifying authority’s name. You can click the badge to view the certificate number and verification details. For bulk or wholesale inquiries, we can provide copies of certification documents upon request.
What does “organic” mean in the context of your products?
Organic products are grown and processed without synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or artificial preservatives. Our farmers follow sustainable agricultural practices that protect soil health, conserve water, and promote biodiversity.
Do you sell any non-organic products?
Our core range is 100% certified organic. A small number of household and personal care items may carry “natural” or “eco-friendly” labels rather than full organic certification. These are clearly marked on their product pages so you can make informed choices.
How do you ensure quality from farm to doorstep?
We maintain a rigorous quality assurance process. Our sourcing team visits every partner farm, inspects growing conditions, and reviews certification documents before onboarding. After harvest, products undergo freshness checks at our warehouse, and our cold-chain delivery system preserves quality throughout transit.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat, frozen goods) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if there is a quality issue.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, navigate to your Orders, and select the order containing the item you wish to return. Click “Request Return” and provide a brief reason along with a photo of the product. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange an immediate replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products, baby care items, and any perishable goods that have been consumed or stored improperly cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Refunds
How long does a refund take to process?
Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Refunds to digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay) typically appear within 24 hours. Bank and card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Will I receive a full refund?
Yes, you will receive a full refund of the product price. Original delivery charges are refundable only if the return is due to a quality issue, damaged product, or an error on our part. If the return is due to a change of mind, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund as store credit instead?
Yes. During the return process, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit is applied instantly and never expires. As a thank-you, we add a 5% bonus to the credit amount when you choose this option.
What if my refund hasn’t arrived?
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our customer support team with your order number and refund confirmation email. We will investigate the matter with our payment provider and ensure resolution within 48 hours.
