All gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. Redeemable online and for same-day delivery orders. Cards can be sent via email or printed at home.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check my current points balance?
Log in to your BioFresh account and visit the Dashboard. Your points balance, tier status, and recent earning activity are displayed on the Rewards tab. You will also receive a monthly summary via email.
Can I combine points with other promotions?
Yes. Loyalty points can be redeemed alongside seasonal promotions, flash sales, and coupon codes. The only exception is that points cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
Do my points expire?
Points earned under the Seedling tier are valid for 6 months. Harvest members enjoy a 12-month validity window, and Canopy members never lose their points as long as their subscription is active.
How does the referral program work for existing members?
Every member receives a unique referral link in their account dashboard. Share it with anyone new to BioFresh. When they complete their first purchase, both you and your friend receive Rs. 200 in rewards. There is no cap on the number of referrals.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your tier at any time from your account settings. If you prefer to downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Points earned at a higher tier remain in your account.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased but are transferable. If you experience any issues with your gift card, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
