We keep our delivery charges fair and transparent. Orders above Rs. 2,000 in Zone A enjoy free delivery.

Delivery Schedule & Time Slots
Choose a delivery window that suits your daily routine. We harvest in the early morning and deliver throughout the day.
Morning Fresh
7:00 – 10:00 AM
Straight from the farm. Ideal for breakfast essentials, dairy, and fresh produce.
Midday
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Perfect for grocery top-ups, pantry staples, and lunch preparation supplies.
Afternoon
3:00 – 6:00 PM
Stock up for dinner. Great for vegetables, herbs, spices, and bakery items.
Evening
6:00 – 8:00 PM
Last-call slot for same-day orders placed before 4:00 PM. Zone A only.
Delivery operates Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available for Zone A with a Rs. 50 surcharge. Public holiday schedules are announced on our social media channels 48 hours in advance.

- Available in Zone A (Central Kathmandu Valley) only
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM on the delivery day
- Minimum order value: Rs. 500
- Perishable items (dairy, meat, seafood) are delivered in insulated packaging
- You will receive an SMS notification with an estimated delivery window
Membership Perk
BioFresh members enjoy priority same-day delivery with no minimum order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM still qualify.

Our farm store at the Organic Farm Complex in Kathmandu is open for order pickups and walk-in shopping. Enjoy the experience of choosing your own produce directly from the harvest display.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery time slot after placing an order?
Yes, you can modify your delivery time slot up to 2 hours before the start of the originally selected window. Contact our customer support team at +977-1-4000000 or update it directly from your account dashboard.
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
Our delivery rider will attempt to contact you via phone. If unreachable, perishable items will be returned to our facility for freshness reasons. Non-perishable items can be left with a neighbour or security guard if you provide consent during checkout. A re-delivery can be scheduled at no extra charge within the same zone.
Do you deliver during public holidays?
We observe major national holidays and adjust our schedule accordingly. Holiday delivery availability is announced at least 48 hours in advance on our website and social media channels. Zone A typically maintains limited service during holidays.
How are perishable items kept fresh during transit?
We use insulated packaging with ice packs for dairy, meat, seafood, and frozen items. Vegetables and fruits are packed in breathable mesh bags. Our delivery vehicles maintain cold-chain standards throughout the journey.
Can I combine delivery and pickup in the same order?
Currently, each order can only select one fulfillment method — either delivery or store pickup. If you need some items delivered and wish to pick up others, please place two separate orders.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for standard delivery, though delivery charges apply based on your zone and order value (see the Delivery Charges table above). For same-day delivery, the minimum order is Rs. 500. Members have no minimum order requirement.
